Switch - Buckles

What does the input do?

On-off switch. Buckle-on: circuit close; buckle-off: circuit open.

How it works?

When buckles are closed, the circuit will also close as a result, which can be sensed as an electric signal.

You will need:

• carbon black ink and polyurethane
• buckles (containing fabric parts)
• conductive silver fabric

Sensor structure & Fabrication steps

• Dip-coat the buckle.
• Connect silver fabric segments to each side of buckles.
