Stretch Sensor - Elastic Band

What does the sensor do?

It can be used as a stretch sensor that senses large enlongation deformations (3x). The more the band stretches, the greater its resistance would be.

How it works?

Stretch deformation in fabrics within their natural elasticity range (non-forceful stretch) can lead to elongation in fabric structures and less contact area between yarns, which will cause resistance increase.

It can be used in scenarios where stretch sensing over a large range is required. For example, it can be used to sense stretches in stretching exercises after workouts.
